Recognising Three Exceptional Milestones at ITP

This year, we are delighted to celebrate three long-serving members of our teams who have reached significant milestone anniversaries with the business, collectively representing 60 years of dedication, expertise and commitment to ITP.

Richard Leggott – 25 Years

Richard Leggott has been a key member of ITP’s Warehouse and Logistics team for 25 years, playing a vital role in ensuring products are delivered efficiently and reliably to customers across the UK and beyond. His experience and attention to detail help maintain the high standards our customers expect, supporting smooth operations across manufacturing, storage and dispatch. Richard’s commitment over a quarter of a century reflects both his professionalism and the strength of ITP’s operational team.

Anne Hirst – 20 Years

Anne Hirst has spent two decades at ITP as Procurement Manager, overseeing the sourcing of materials and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, continuity and value. Her expertise is central to maintaining the integrity of ITP’s product range, from advanced building membranes to temporary site protection textiles. Anne’s strategic approach and deep industry knowledge have helped ITP navigate market changes while maintaining consistent product performance and reliability.

Marisa Schofield – 15 Years

Marisa Schofield joined ITP 15 years ago as an Account Manager and became a key figure in our business development with oversight of sales of building membranes across the South of England. In 2025, she transitioned into the role of Project Lead, where she now tracks complex construction projects—particularly tall buildings over 18 metres—from specification through to site completion. Marisa works closely with architects, main contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring technical specifications are met and progress is monitored throughout each project. She also maintains ITP’s product listings on NBS Source and supports specification development, making her a key link between design teams and site delivery.
