Flexographic printing
For scaffold sheeting and temporary fence covers
ITP’s flexographic printing is a fast and cost-effective solution for clear and bold branding. Ideal for repeat logos in one or two colours, our flexographic option is suitable for a wide range of applications including scaffold sheeting, vented sheeting, PVC banners, air mesh banners and keder sheeting.
Requiring a minimum order of 30 rolls (+/-10%), our flexographic solutions can be supplied with a print area up to 1070mm x 730mm.
With an unlimited print area and no minimum order, our digital printing can supply wide formats on a wide range of applications including scaffold sheeting, vented sheeting,PVC banners, air mesh banners and keder sheeting. The possibilities are endless.
Digital printing
For scaffold sheeting and temporary fence covers
Our digital printing facilities allow you to go big, bold and ambitious with your graphics and artwork. Ideal for larger scale projects, this full colour format enables extra-large logos, high-impact visuals and intricate detail. We can turn an image taken on a smartphone into a full-scale façade reproduction to actual size or larger.

Flame retardancy compliance for printed scaffold sheeting
In the UK, project contracts valued over £2.5m (or part of a larger contract valued over £20m) require third-party certification to confirm that scaffold sheeting and temporary protective coverings meet minimum flame retardancy standards. Evidence of compliance must be confirmed by schemes carried out by one of two independent testing bodies: the BRE’s Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) or Warringtonfire Certifire.
Certifire sets out standards TS 62 for external applications and TS 63 for external applications. The LPCB’s standards are LPS 1215 (external) LPS 1207 (internal). The standards apply to a wide range of temporary protective materials, including scaffold sheeting, temporary roof sheeting, tarpaulins, meshes and twin wall fluted sheets.
When considering sheeting for temporary site protection and containment, it’s important to clarify whether a product’s certification applies to both plain and printed sheeting. The print process uses mostly solvent inks which affect flame-retardant qualities, so sheeting which is certified in plain form is not necessarily certified in printed form.
ITP’s Powerclad Scaffold Sheeting is TS 62 certified and TS 63 certified in both plain and printed form.
