ITP has all needs covered for historic church restoration
ITP supplied our Powerclad Keder KR1100 sheeting as a temporary roofing solution assisting the renovation of Central Methodist Church, a Grade II listed building in the city centre of York.
The project involved works to repair the external fabric of the historic building on St Saviourgate, which features an impressive Ionic portico reflecting the classical style created by its designer, James Simpson. The church was constructed in 1840 and subject to a series of extensions between 1861 and 1909, including the rebuilding of structures destroyed by fire on two occasions.
