ITP supplies flame-retardant debris netting for £21m residential project
ITP’s Powerclad FR Debris Netting was installed to support the construction of a £21m, nine-storey residential development at Laystall Street in Manchester.
Eric Wright Construction is working in partnership with affordable housing group, Great Places, in the delivery of 89 homes at Dovecote House, offering a mix of one and two-bed apartments available for Rent to Buy and Social Rent in the heart of the city centre. The project required an extensive scaffold solution wrapped in Powerclad FR Debris Netting to provide air permeable protection and containment, protecting the surroundings in a tightly packed city centre location subject to a high volume of road and pedestrian traffic.
