Powerclad facilitates demolition of Leeds shopping centre

ITP’s Powerclad FR flame-retardant scaffold sheeting has been used to support a major demolition project in Leeds.

Specialist contractor, Demolition Services Group, is carrying out a programme to dismantle The Core shopping centre, which first opened in 1987, to make way for three modern glass-fronted buildings comprising student accommodation and commercial units. Powerclad FR has been installed on scaffolding surrounding the building, providing secure and durable containment for dust and debris created by demolition work in a busy city centre location.
