How to achieve maximum fire safety for a complete external wall system
These outstanding CPD presentations provide the essential information required to design and build facade systems that meet the necessary performance and fire safety standards with a durable, future-proof solution. Presented by Allan Hurdle, Technical Consultant at Stamisol UK, the CPD explains the critical functions of façade membranes within external wall systems, including protection against weather, maintaining the integrity of the building envelope, enhancing energy efficiency, and fire protection which has become a critical consideration under post-Grenfell regulations. The webinar outlines the ideal solutions for different requirements, including optimum fire safety, protection against driving rain and prevention of mould. It focuses on high-rise/higher-risk buildings, and facades that need to be watertight. The CPD also outlines essential UK Building Regulations and the certificates required to demonstrate compliance.
