ITP membrane specified for major new neighbourhood at Rye Park

ITP has supplied its FlameOut Block Class A2 vapour control layer for Rye Park, a major new residential development transforming a former brownfield site in Newcastle-under-Lyme into a green new neighbourhood.

The £34.5 million scheme will deliver 175 new homes, including 43 affordable properties, alongside new commercial spaces, shared parkland and a new urban park for community use and events. The development forms part of a wider regeneration programme designed to bring new homes, green spaces and activity to Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre.

Rye Park combines one- and two-bedroom apartments with three- and four-bedroom family homes, creating a varied residential neighbourhood set within new landscaped areas. The scheme also introduces new pedestrian links into the town centre, with the design responding to its location close to the town’s conservation area and A52 ring road.
