ITP supplied its certified flame-retardant Powerclad Premium FR scaffold sheeting with bespoke printed branding to support temporary site protection on the high-profile Minerva House redevelopment in London’s SE1.

Minerva House is being transformed by GPE into a best-in-class office destination on the Southbank, benefiting from its prominent riverside location and proximity to Southwark Cathedral. Sustainability and circular economy principles are central to the scheme, aligning with GPE’s long-term environmental strategy.

Given the building’s central location and visibility, the temporary works solution needed to provide robust protection while maintaining a professional and consistent site appearance. ITP’s Powerclad Premium FR scaffold sheeting was specified to deliver durable containment alongside certified flame-retardant performance suitable for use on a complex urban redevelopment project. The inclusion of GPE branding, applied using ITP’s flexographic printing capability, allowed the scaffold sheeting to serve both a functional and visual role.
